I’m Erika, and I’m an emotional eater.  I do CrossFit 4 to 5 times a week.  I know what I should eat.  Nevertheless, in the throes of being a working mom, I make excuses.  Who doesn’t love the dopamine rush from scarfing a mouthful of chocolate chips to avoid doing a chore?!?!   I am setting out to reflect on and change those bad habits while chronicling my 30 Day Paleo Challenge.
