Kale Chips

1 ten ounce bag of pre-washed, pre-cut kale (or one bunch of kale, washed, ribs removed, leaves torn into 4 inch squares)

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon of each: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, salt

Pour the 10 ounce bag of pre-washed, pre-cut kale into a bowl.  Toss olive oil over the kale and sprinkle some garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, and salt on top, tossing again.  Arrange the seasoned kale on 2 large baking sheets and bake in a 275 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Tasty!
